I decided to share with you guys my favorite homemade horse treats! My horses love these treats, they also make a great gift to give another rider for their horse. These treats are easy and simple to make, and they only require a few basic ingredients. If you make these send me a picture at bloodbaybythesea@gmail.com or #baybytheseatreats .
Whay you will need:
-3 cups of oats
-2 Tbsp honey or molasses (I used honey)
-2 cups of water
-1 finely chopped apple
-3 Tbsp of flour
-2 Tbsp of brown sugar or sugar (I uses sugar)
-1 small box of raisins

Step #1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Step #2: Mix oats, water and honey/molasses together in a large microwaveable safe bowl.

Step #3: Place bowl with oats, water, honey/molasses in microwave for 2 minutes.
Step #4: Take bowl out of the microwave and mix the remaining ingredients in.

Step #5: Place mixture in the microwave for a minute and a half.
Step #6: Take bowl out of the microwave, and wait for mixture to cool for a few minutes.
Step #7: Place mixture into a greased muffin tin, and place in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step #8: Once out of the oven let them cool and they are ready to take to the barn!
